Yea, this was more on Gilbert. Our defense held up well against a high-powered offense. Good win. If we beat West Virginia next week, Charlie should win out and keep his job.

Everyone is fine with the decision going for it on 4th & 1. The problem is not having Foreman in the game.

They won't fire him if he's 8-4. Especially after Herman has looked shakey the last 5 games. We finish 8-4 we would have great momentum going into 2017, and probably will pick up another top 10 class. I doubt UT would want to shake things up after winning 8 games.

I'll say it again. Texas would've won the Cal & Okie St. games, if Charlie had taken over & simplified the defense sooner. How well the defense played in this game, makes it obvious.

i don't know why they keep going to the 18 wheeler in short yardage after teams have shown they can stop it if swoopes doesn't break the 1st tackle its a wrap. dude is big but he cannot run through contact for shyt.

Charlie's personnel decisions did him no favors during his time at Texas. Specifically with Watson. That basically ruined two years and everybody knew Watson was holding Teddy back at Louisville. smh.

Shame because I think Texas can be loaded next year now that Charlie's got things in order..
