Well Gunna is not testifying period. That's part of his deal, that he won't be called to testify.
Went on the stand? Before the trial started? No. That was not him testifying. That was him taking his plea. The jury won't hear that. You think the State benefitted in some way by him saying ?YSL was a gang anf they committed crimes? NO. First of all that office BEEN known ysl is a gang for YEARS. I was involved in a trial back in 2017 where they were trying to make the shooters motive about the ysl beef with yfn. TRUST ME, if you are signing up to snitch, you are going to have to give WAY more information than that. You are going to have to be more specific about the makeup of the gang, the rules, what reps them (colors, hand signs), all of that. Then you are gonna have to be WAY more specific about what crimes they committed. All he said was they committed crimes. Uhhhh, like what? Marijuana possession or Murder? What he said was jus to satisfy the statutory requirements for taking a plea. And what you ehard will not be read to the jury.
He can plead the fifth.
He didn’t snitch the first time around, if I recall correctly he was a witness to a friend getting murdered. He was a kid at the time and wasn't involved in anything involving his friend getting murdered.
