crazy because him and people like lil baby have distinct styles but are also easy to replicate. had that one white kid rapping that sounded 1:1 for lil baby. can imagine the same with gunna.
thug will be the standout like Wayne because of vocal inflections and defects. The delivery will never be able to match that. But another reason why people were adamant about developing your own sound and style, even if it's a slight pivot to an established sound.
There are nuances that can never be replicated by a machine but that goes away as shyt becomes homogeneous and everything sounds the same

This is a sign of how basic and rudimentary, predictable bars that music has gotten to. Unfortunately, this might be the canary in the coal mine for nikkas to really start rapping again. I just had brehs tell me in another Gunna thread that he’s a vibes artist, so his lyrics don’t need to be anything special. So if creating AI artists for vibe music is where we’re headed then so be it. We did it to ourselves.
