Bruh, yes they are. Court dockets are public record, so the who and why for the docket are public record. Now obtaining hospital records without consent is one thing, thats violating HIPAA, but this shyt is as simple as going down to the courthouse and asking. On top of, who is to say someone from either camp just didn't tell TMZ themselves.
I know paternity tests are public records in kiddie court, or child support court....... did the article mention this was through a child support hearing... If I go through my lawyer to have private doctors do a paternity test, then it shouldn't be private record..... and If her camp leaked it..... that should be grounds for some type of suit.... and last time I checked, a paternity test is a DNA test, so I would like to think its a medical procedure protected by privacy rights.....
