I'm only here because I heard music from the show in the background of a random and unrelated youtube video I was watching.... and instantly went from :to: to :ohlawd::leostare::smugfavre::myman::banderas: . came back to see how episode 8 and the resulting fallout fukked with the TS mentally. :russ:

Because, I'm not gonna lie. I was like

:bryan: He'll be back!

:ohhh: He's coming back.....

:patrice: He's coming back.... right? Folks like him ALWAYS come back.

:sadbron:

It's that in itself that makes Kamina one of the GOAT anime characters. The inspiration instilled in the watcher. The fact that it makes your inner child want to BELIEVE.....

On top of the shocking dose of reality that's served to you.

And the fact that if you stick with it, you realize that Kamina in himself was never what was important. Even HE knew that and spoke on it often... if you pay attention. The inspiration instilled never left, it's always there if you reach out and grab it.

And yes, it also leads into what, IMHO, is one of the unsung moments in anime.... Simon breaking out of his shell of depression and coming into his own in episode 11.

So yes. :salute: Kamina da GAWD. :salute:
