Some of yall are funny. Its cash. doesnt matter if its marked. It would be very hard to trace unless that fool was stupid enough to deposit it in a bank. Make cash purchases on items under $1000. Then you can just resale them. Stores like walmart cannot track the exact bills used to purchase an object when there are 1000's of customers daily. Especially days after the fact since it will take a while for them to even realize the bill where spent at the store.
