ok lemme let ya'll in on this from a father's point of view. my kids mom felt like she can get more from me and the state for c.s., long story short, we went to court and i got the amount lowered because i got visitation and joint custody. he(her new bf) decides to put a cape on and confront me at a subway.he doing all this ra ra shyt for her and neither one of us noticed the police officer watching the whole event, the officer turned on lights and siren came over and explained it like this" one sir i could take you (the new boyfriend) to jail right now because the law states you confronted mr,nawlinsnfinest and that is a form of a threat, tn is a stand your ground law, so in the eyes of the court if ya'll actually fight and he beats you up, you still go to jail" not to mention if charges were pressed i could file the motion that he never be around my kids so that means she would have to choose between him and our kids if they were get into a relationship.its funny how people put their input on things without a being in them before and b knowing the law.any confrontation from someone else is a form of a threat and you have the legal right to defend yourself and we caught the tail end of a video, we don't know what lead up to that. especially if he got texts,emails,etc from the baby mama and the brother on some"oh when we see you its on sight shyt" mfs getting bent outta shape without knowing whats fully going on. and if the brother would have aired him out, ya'll would be in here on some "thats what he get for not taking care of his seed" type shyt. this new breed is worse than females. and i'm one of those fathers that pay child support and if my kids need more i pay outta pocket. i just keep the reciepts.
