I'm not knocking on her door. If I crossed her path, I'd introduce myself and if she's reciprocating a friendly energy, I'd plant the seeds.
I would say that most women are more wary of men than afraid. Women are still very vulnerable, especially if they live by themselves.

real talk.. I'm reading through this thread like wtfYou dont have a problem with women painting black men as rapist/stalkers/killere after they get upset? Or in this case after they see it as an opportunity to be a victim. We live in a world where women are brainwashed to find a way to victimize themselves. This whole thing is pathetic. Dude is clearly autistic and on the spectrum. Folks always talk about supporting mental health but when it comes to black men its open season for internet bullying and clowning even for those who are clearly slow and mentally handicapped like this breh. Autistic folks are not good at reading social cues like normal people do. Doesnt excuse his poor decision but not worth trying to humiliate him over. This one incident isnt worth ruining this young mans life and labeling him a sexual predator like folks are trying to do.
Knocking on a neighbors door and asking them out is extremely lame but this seems to be the first and only time he did it so how is that stalking or anything criminal? You cant draw any conclusions as to whether his a predator or not from that. She didn't even clearly tell him she wasn't interested and to leave her alone before going to the police and clout chasing online to raise money. There is a big difference if this was repeated behavior after she rejected him and a one time incident where he exercised poor judgement. All she had to do was say she wasn't interested and keep it moving.

I don't know about the rest of brehs in this thread but as a youngin, I did some VERY dumbass things that I would not have wanted on the internet. I thank God this stuff wasn't around back then or I would have been on summer jam screen at least twice (probably more than that but I can think of two situations right off the top of my head

Folks all lying on the internet these days. Back in the day we did all types of stuff that would get you canceled today. Before social media you had to be a little more aggressive when talking to women especially as a teen. Before everyone had cell phones if you saw a fine chick out and about you better say something cause you might not ever see her again.. they call that cat calling now.
As teens dudes would slap a chick on her butt as walked by at a party to get her attention. 90% of the time it worked if you were handsome gang and she would come dance with you. The other 10% you got slapped but everyone including women would just charge it to the game. Same kats that was grabbing ass in the 90's pretending to be outraged over a breh knocking on a door.

Sure, at night when walking by themselves they feel some type of way. Many men do too, depending on the area.
Women will seek the aid of men in dangerous or safety concerning issues, I don't see why someone would go to someone they fear for help.
Breh I was shocked too, but it makes sense when u think about it.
