Jamaican Patois is its own thing from Jamaica.

Guyanese ppl speak what is called Creolese.

Jamaican Patois is simply the most popular one ppl know,
so it is often used as a reference for what other Creoles sound like.

Jamaican Patois, Guyanese Creolese, Gullah Gullah and Surinamese Sranantongo.

They all have a “sound” to them, because they’re related through the shared history of Central and West Africans being in contact with English through slavery in the Americas.

They’re part of what is called Atlantic English-based Creole languages, which is a distinct language family.

If they're smart they'll flip that into renewables and step up their battery making capabilities. If you are a country that gets a lot of sun, if you have solar panels and batteries you can literally sell your excess power to other places. As an island nation they can potentially harness the ocean tides for energy too. If they have lots of floating power collecting instruments near by, they can collect more energy.

Its relative to the country. Its huge for them .


Its nothing for America, Russians, or the the Saudis but the Guyanese GDP was only 16 billion last year.

If we were to scale that 1/16 increase to America, then it would be the equivalent to 1.3 trillion dollars materializing out of thin air. Almost a 4th of our federal budget. In guyana's case it would increase govt revenues by 20 percent.
