Its extremely difficult....especially if you're in the extreme minority........
If you're doing something you really like, or a job where you're active or moving around, its a lot easier mentally....
It's all about being busy enough that at least some of the day flies by. It doesn't have to be interesting, and you don't even have to like it.. You just have to have to do it. Money is a good motivator, but you'd be surprised how many nigs still can't find motivation. You need deadlines and immediate consequences like embarrassment. It helps to see someone else get the hammer put on em for fukking up.
And, like a few people in here already said, you do get used to it. It takes a long time, but eventually you kind of "give up" and learn to live a full life around your office job.

shyt, I wish I did work 40 hours flat each week, I work at least 60 on a good week. I'm usually pushing 80 but the checks are nice. I'm quitting in March though...

When i actually work for someone else (rarely) my days just fly by. I'm never exhausted but its like i don't have time to do anything but work. I become like a lil worker ant or something.
I find it kinda nice actually. Don't really have to think about anything except work.
But i've never worked full time for more then two weeks so idk.
