Yes because you can eat chicken n rice and get swole. You just need to make sure the chicken n rice puts you in a calorie surplus. This method is not advised because you need other nutrients as well to have healthy balanced diet.

Yeah chicken and rice is good for the energy boost and protein but that alone won't get you massive. Usually dudes cycle on some weight room pharmaceuticals and then eat like crazy to maintain.

Natural big/strong dudes are more "husky" like an offensive lineman. These 280 lb dudes with 32" waists are bullshyt

I’ve been primarily eating baked chicken and rice for probably over a decade and I’m still skinny af

I guarantee if that chicken n rice meal was 1000 calories and you ate that 3x....you would gain weight.

but then again it's not the healthiest meal plan.

Some people have really good genetics but it’s a more lean muscular build when you eating natural like that. You can be ripped and strong, but you can’t have mass like that without assistance or atleast eating a more complete meal full of a lot of calories. You can be natural but it ain’t gonna be just grilled chicken and rice to get you that mass. You need more protein. I remember being in the military and all the white boys who looked like that were juicing.

I’ll just say that if you want fitness advice from someone who is natural, Mike O’Hearn is probably the highest profile guy to listen to.
