So for those who've never bounced or worked security...you're not allowed to put your hands on anyone unless assaulted first and or the person is drunk or belligerent....even then, they can sue, and the establishment could be liable. In this case, you ask them to leave, if they're still not listening, call the cops. You're a security guard, not Patrick Swayze in Road House. As for bouncing, the only time you want to put hands on someone is if they're just fried out of their mind and won't leave the bar/club. Even then, you grab them up (usually a bear hug) and take em outside. An experienced bouncer, is first and foremost a people person. You're not there to do your best impression of Goku, and fight the strongest person who walks in. You want a solid reputation. Your job is to be cool, dap someone up, and be sociable. You're not Deebo, or Vin Diesel lifting an engine block.

Bball nikkas always the worst drama queen nikkas in the gym. Just loud af, always arguing and can’t fight at all…

Even worse when they’re done playing and move to the weight pile to get in the way with their struggle lifts :mjlol:

Ignore the fact that they were practically saying they were going to fight outside right before this happened.

And the law doesn't care whether it was intentional or not, they are going to face some prison time.

And over what? ego?
Depends on:

The state laws (most important)
Whether the witnesses testify
The quality of their lawyers
How much they talked before the lawyers showed up

The video doesn't show the actual blow or blows that killed him, if the gym cameras didn’t catch it either, they could say he fell, there was a scuffle and he slipped, damn near anything. Without video of the contact or witnesses, we don't technically see who hit him, but we see the guard initiate contact.

So you’re going to willfully ignore the numerous threats they made towards him the entire video?

And just like that these clowns caught at best a manslaughter charge

On a side note, I’ve never been a member of a gym with a security guard. Didn’t even know that was a thing

Omg!!!:wtf::wtf::mjcry:

This is my gym where I workout all the time. I haven't been since covid. I was literally just about to rejoin.

But nigs were ALWAYS fighting on that bball court, thats why they started having security. At first they shut the court down totally, then shut it down after 8pm....nikkas still didn't stop fighting over bball, and It got so bad they started having ARMED security with guns in there, but I guess they discontinued that during covid. Now that dudes didnt have a gun I guess they tried him and killed breh. That's so sad.

Them nikkas do not excercise, they just go up there to play bball bc it's cheap and indoor. But so many ppl have gotten robbed up there bc of the riff raff of from them bball nikkas

So sad bc it's such a nice gym equipment-wise, but maybe this will be the unfortunate final nail to shut the bball court down permanently .

nikkas just won't act right sometimes.
Why don’t they just shut down the basketball court?

Why does a gym need a security guard?:dwillhuh:

honestly depending on the city and area I’d advise a security guard. This place definitely seems to have needed more than one. Hopefully these fools are all maxed out.

I don’t even go to a gym with an actual staff and if it is I ain’t never seen the mofos but I go freakishly early.

Long story short I wanted to franchise a gym with a few of my friends. The insurance cost alone made it not worthwhile plus the taxes for the local area. In hindsight glad we didn’t go along with it because we’d likely be in a hole right now. It was an anytime franchise.
