The law does not care if it was intentional or not, you are still liable to getting charged regardless.
I never said unintentional acts don't get punished.

Looks like they'll probably get charged with manslaughter. I wish the security guard hadn't shelved that brother when he was already out the door, especially being out-numbered three to one. Never, never put your hands on two or more teenagers, especially when they're almost of age, and especially if they have a little go in them. These dudes may have been out of high school. But something tells me they weren't, otherwise I don't think the guard would have tried them like that. Sorry it had to cause him his life. Very sad.
You have a lot of brothers sitting in jail behind incidents like this, because the brother fell the wrong way, or he got hit in a very dangerous spot, or he already had a medical condition. I know a friend I went to high school with, who I was pretty close to in the 10th grade. He was the high school running back. He was a short, muscular, athletic brother. Although this happened in his late 40's or early 50's, he died from a fall. All that time being tackled on the football field, he'd be the last brother you'd think would die form a fall. He was a good brother. I understand he became a minister.

The brehs might avoid manslaughter, but they really should’ve stayed on scene. A zealous prosecutor will run that into the ground to screw them over.

Agreed. Leave the hands-on work to the cops. All you need to do as a security guard is defend yourself, especially when you're working alone.
