I dread every moment before a workout but feel great afterwards so it balances out :ld:

I never feel like working out but force myself to everyday for fear of losing gains :beli:

does any gymhead actually enjoy working out and look forward to it or do you just like the results and force yourself through it? :lupe:

In my 20s yes, now Its more, been there done that attitude.

I still train here and there but once you have "the body" maintaining it is very easy (train a few times a year). I think the workout bodybuilding craze of the 2010s is slowing done.

The myth of a dumb meat head is somewhat true.

I love it. Whenever I'm feeling down or going through some shyt a great workout will knock me out of it. Only time I don't feel like working out is when I've been sitting on my ass for too many days in a row. But once I'm active I start looking forward to it to where if I'm sitting around bored and looking to kill the time I just hit the gym.

It's one of those things that you don't mind doing WHILE doing it. The biggest hurdle is taking the initiative to get off your ass
That's why consistency and routine is so important for fitness
I did a fasted workout yesterday at 3pm for two hours. 1 hour was cardio (didn't eat till 5)
I was dreading it but when I got there it was nothing to knock out. I felt better afterwards kind of like a runners high type feeling
