Usually I enjoy pushing myself and going beyond my body's in frustration .
I dread every moment before a workout but feel great afterwards so it balances out
I never feel like working out but force myself to everyday for fear of losing gains
does any gymhead actually enjoy working out and look forward to it or do you just like the results and force yourself through it?![]()
Bolded is facts. I always say the trick is to not think about going and just go.It's one of those things that you don't mind doing WHILE doing it. The biggest hurdle is taking the initiative to get off your ass
That's why consistency and routine is so important for fitness
I did a fasted workout yesterday at 3pm for two hours. 1 hour was cardio (didn't eat till 5)
I was dreading it but when I got there it was nothing to knock out. I felt better afterwards kind of like a runners high type feeling
