Been working out all my life and started hitting the gym around 19. I love it. Sure there’s some days where I don’t feel like getting up and going, especially during the winter, but it’s a huge stress reliever. Always nice too getting compliments on your physique and being strong enough to lift certain stuff. Tryna be a fit old head when I age.

Some exercises I love.

I’ve grown to hate indoor cardio. Much rather run outside.

I go in spells, now I’m addicted to chin ups and serratus punch

I don't like working out and that's part of why I do it. Starting the day off doing something that's good for me but that I need to force myself to do. There's a sense of accomplishment afterwards that feels good.

I dread every moment before a workout but feel great afterwards so it balances out :ld:

I never feel like working out but force myself to everyday for fear of losing gains :beli:

does any gymhead actually enjoy working out and look forward to it or do you just like the results and force yourself through it? :lupe:

Working out is therapeutic.

It's one of those things that you don't mind doing WHILE doing it. The biggest hurdle is taking the initiative to get off your ass
That's why consistency and routine is so important for fitness
I did a fasted workout yesterday at 3pm for two hours. 1 hour was cardio (didn't eat till 5)
I was dreading it but when I got there it was nothing to knock out. I felt better afterwards kind of like a runners high type feeling
Bolded is facts. I always say the trick is to not think about going and just go.

Once you’re in there it’s like “might as well get to work :manny:

Get a good cardio and weight session in the morning and tell me you're not vibrating on a higher frequency not only during your workout, but throughout the whole day.

That's all I'm sayin :hubie:
