Only if sick or injured.
And injury if it's upper body I'll still walk/run. Lower body I'll do some very light upper body training.

But if I miss 3-4 straight days I start feeling weird

Yeah I’ll usually deload. I might hit up more yoga than usual over that week, get a mental break from the normal workouts. Or if I’m feeling run down I’ll do it.

It’s never a week of being a slob though, just a slower and more relaxed pace
