All very true because I firmly believe (based on experience) that the livit you pick drives your consciousness as you are eating the imprint of the creatures experience. On the flip vegetables dont want to be eaten and also scream and cry when picked as well as the whole anti nutrient thing. Two lenses, one tale.

Sprinkle into the mix that we all have our own intents and engines of flesh created by what we inherited from our ancestors and you'll see there are many, many variables and thus no one size fits. I do recommend people try a month or six with different approaches just to see what happens as you definitely gain Knowledge of Self in the "You are what you eat" sense as the fuel places a tint on your consciousness.

That and appreciate what you're about to ingest as the attitude of gratitude makes an immense difference.

He's right. Plants are also living things that can experience pain, plants can also move. Vegetarians never have an answer for that. When grass is cut and you get thet fresh mowed lawn smell that's the grass signaling to everyone they getting bodied so watch out.

Recently I switched my diet around.
Cut out red meat, pork, and dairy products
Beyond burgers, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, veggies, rice, chicken, fish, almond/soy milk, etc.

I already feel much better. Not congested, not bogged down after I eat, feel more energetic....it's not for everyone though.

I’ve had conversations with vegans and vegetarians and none of them were ever disrespectful and they are 100% right. The meat industry is the number 1 killer/polluter on this planet. Most of the deforestation going on is mostly to create places to keep cows.

I want to quit and I’ve thought about becoming vegan many times but meat is just so delicious. :wow:

The fact things are born to die and you eat what you kill really makes me wonder about the fundamental nature of this realm and its creators intent. A bridge too far for many to contemplate as the warden in their head places that train of thought off limits but it is a fact of life and upon this the rest is built.

Vegetarianism and veganism are nice ideals but if you were in your natural state your ass would starve to death tryna cut out meat.

In a hunter gatherer situation - which was 99.99% of our time on this planet - al you would have in any one area is moss, mushrooms, grass, and whatever fruits and berries you can forage.

No avocados or olives. No supplements. No way to make tofu or almond milk.

Not saying those diets cannot work, just that they are not natural. Not what we have been existing on for hundreds of thousands of years.
Even simpler than this, humans got K-9 teeth. Shyt is for ripping apart flesh. Humans are natural omnivores :yeshrug:

For those saying that plants and vegetables feel pain.... LISTEN!!!

You know when you go to the doctor and they ask you 'on a scale from 1 to 10 how bad is the pain?"
Do you know why they ask you this? Because we do not have an instrument that is capable of measuring pain, there exists no Pain-O-Meter.
So when you say plants or vegetables feel pain remember, we do not know for sure if that is true or not, we are not there as a specie technologically.

What happens is researchers will somehow send a stimuli to maybe a plant or something of the sort and a reaction occurs.
However since no pain-0-meter exists we do not know if that reaction should factually be categorized as pain, we do not know.
This is just people guessing... that's all that it is.
It's like if you blow at a leaf and it moves and then scream "Look Look,.... it's in pain!!!!"

Everything is alive and everything fights to survive. Death is death, no matter which way you slice it but its always amusing how people want to virtue signal with a sense of superiority for their choices without taking the whole playing field into account.

Plants speak their own language and their pleasure or distress is how they communicate to their peeps. Ultrasonic, molecular, aroma there are plenty of ways and its been studied as well so no woo needed. Ironic.

meat is fine in moderation. Japanese have the longest life spans and they eat meat. you should probably have more veggies than meat.

everything in moderation and at its most natural state. I used to eat beef all day everyday but its really a heavier meat to digest and process. Its very dense. Where as you can have all the fruits and vegetables you want and it'll never be too much to process.,

That being said. I think I want some beef rn now that I think about it :noah:
Settle down :dame:
