She has clearly changed her style to be similar to lauryn hill ever since she did the "Lost Ones" remake. Even in the first performance posted the background is based off of "everything is everything" and the acoustic sound she is doing.

An honestly she is elevated because she is in a era with r&b is trash, and I'm a fan of her but let's be real the competition weak and she needs to ditch the acoustics, it's not what she does best.
