It's cool, food overrated but it's damn near a lounge/dayclub at this point.

If I find myself on Almeda in Third Ward, i'm probably going to #1 Chicken and Rice 30 seconds down the street before Turkey Leg Hut, if we're talking about getting good food.

But if you wanna get drunk, hear music, and be social as you eat, TLH is cool.

That's my friend chicken spot.

out of towner never had stuff turkey legs before..whenever i go when im in town its always cats from la, chicago, denver etc

its a dude in dallas...and a dude from nacodoches..they do got a lil meals on wheel thing they do...they do em as well..they sell out fast

they opening one in atlanta..i said shyt open one in dallas..handle texas first dallas austin n sa...

then go out of state

It’s definitely a cool place. That little area has a lot of cool bars and stuff for black people to get live at. A bunch of baddies and good times. I love houston man.

There are about 20 or so bars, lounges, clubs, restaurants that cater to mostly black clientele within a mile of Turkey Hut.

Third Ward should be Houston's inner city Wakanda.....but it's gone to be Brooklynized like everywhere else
