The basic Haagen Dazs flavors (vanilla, chocolate) are the cleanest ice cream you can buy.

Every other brand’s ingredient list is pathetic. No reason for ice cream to have gums, carrageenan, soy, sometimes vitamins, etc other than patenting. Then when it gives you bubble guts, dairy gets blamed. fukk that
