PC brehs, I noticed if you play it in borderless windowed mode you get much better performance.

I'm able to play it with high textures and the high graphics preset with no stuttering averaging about 40 Fps

That is a terrible solution...

I managed to get everything on ultra 1080p with TXAA 4x and VSYNC at a respectable 40-50 FPS with minimal dips...What really helped a lot was enabling VSYNC through Nvidia control panel...

I always smoke the cops but I have been reading a lot of people having problems with them. One successful hack and you're usually in the clear.

Its not even a challenge to get away from them unless you're a dumbass who wasted all his skill points in maxing out the combat tree...

Just use the hacks, traffic lights, steam pipe burst and blackout...

Yea I'm not understanding how ppl are having problems with this. Hell it even has a prompt that says Neutralize when a car is at the right moment in an intersection. Like I said, too many ppl are approaching this game with that GTA mindset

Has anyone gotten hacked 100%? What and how much do they take? I had an attempt on my head and chased that bytch down, popped her a few times til she got in a car and took off...only got me to like 35%. Haven't had another attempt since

They take some of your notoriety points. How much you win/lose depends on your level.

Took me like an hour to complete the Two For One gang hideout mission. Once I finally took down the two bosses 5-0 was on my ass.

it kinda sucks but I've been able to get used to it pretty quick, you just can't bomb into corners

@ these side missions...

Such a waste of time doing that missing girls and human trafficking...I figured the missions at the end would be worth it but the trafficking one ends up being a typical convoy mission and the serial killer is a fukking regular old stop the crime mission that has zero difficulty...
