About to go through 2nd playthrough for the weekend. Now I'm a little more comfortable with the shooting and hacking aspects, I'm gonna hunt down all those side missions. Found out there is a serial killer in the game leaving messages....(creepy as hell) And do some of the cyber trips or whatever you call them. I didn't even try one yet.

The Driving is sh!t in the beginning but as you skill up and get used to it...it's cool. Slightly use your brake and you're good.

Perhaps this is all an extremely unhappy coincidence, but it would seem unlikely that this name would be matched to this character model unintentionally. @crushingbort, the Twitter user who found this apparent "Easter Egg," also notes that Kavon Fortin "showed up as an attacker on a criminal convoy mission", though it should be noted that the enemy NPCs can be randomly generated, too.

so he was most likely killed by the player. seems pretty random. there's a lot of NPC's with hoodies in this game
