I don't think any Game will ever be a True GTA Killer, it's Impossible.no way in hell based on the streaming I see is this game better than gta 5. No fukkin way. Doesn't mean it's a bad game. But calling gta 5 on steroids fukk out of here with dat
GTA set the Stakes high for Free Roaming in Open World Games, it just is what it is so 
WATCH_DOGS is going to be Fun but I'll stick by GTA as the Best.

Knowing how badly optimized this game is, my goal is to just get this at over 30fps. All night time pics all full settings for everything. Daytime has shadows off and no AA. 1080p is how I'm playing the game.
As far as the game. controlling the character is standard fare. Dense is how I would describe the game. They seem to capture Chicago very well. I've only played for an hour or so that is what I'm judging it by. I think this will be a good to great game. I don't feel burned on my impulse purchase.
