>go to the movies last night to a late showing

>"Hi, can I get a ticket for Life of Pi 3D please."
>she looks at me and playfully says, "Just one?"
>y-y-yeah
>*getting my ticket* then she says, "I go to movies by myself all the time, it's not weird."
>at this point spaghetti is overflowing from my pockets
>laugh and say "Yeah it's not weird, but someone is actually meeting me here."
>she responds, "Oh, well you two enjoy the movie, it's really good."
>say thanks and take my ticket.
>as I'm heading in it finally dawns on me that she is going to know if another single buys a ticket and panic starts to set in.
>get into the theater and there's about 10 other people in there.
>previews are about to start and I'm still the only single in there.
>still panicking that the girl at the counter knows I was lying and that there might be a chance she could come into the theater and be the one that does the quick check since the ticket counter was now closed and there weren't many workers still there.
