i literally hit up the corner store around 1am-3am almost every other other day
usin a whip is basically putting urself in a corner if u dont have ya shyt in the car wit u..and a blade can only get u so far at that range
if u can ur better off walkin to the corner store if its close..at least then u have more room to gun-fu

A gun is a huge advantage over a knife in CQC combat. A knife can win if all the optimal conditions are met (Catches him off guard, dude is trained, guy with gun is not, etc)
It's also much harder to stab someone than it is to shoot them. Much more personal and you gotta be wired a certain way to stab someone to injure them.
