It was scary as fukk
We work in hospital so we called EMTs and they came and got her
I don't know how long she was out but when she came to, she remembered none of it

I wonder why so many people are getting seizures now? I thought you were only at risk if you have a high body temperature, or genetically predisposed to it. Was that your first seizure, OP?

First. But I get panic and anxiety attacks more than I like; no idea if those attacks and a seizure or related or not

.... did they do an EEG and an MRI on your brain ?! . . . . those would confirm or rule-out epilepsy . . . the panic / anxiety attacks could be "auras" ... aka "partial-aware" seizures . . . if they involve feelings of extreme deja vu or ESP that get you light-headed . . . you will want to see a neurologist . . . you dont wanna have a seizure while driving . . . or even simply out in public . . . . fukk around and have some weird white dude giving you mouth-to-mouth thinking hes saving a heart attack victim . . . .

I didn’t. But I’m going to see a professional. I’m just hoping it’s a one-off

Like the title said your boy ESG$ had a night last night. Around 7pm or so I got up to walk to the kitchen and next thing I know I’m getting picked up off the floor.

My sister said she heard the loudest bang but didn’t do anything for 5 minutes because she thought it was a car door :dahell:

Anyway i was apparently out for like 4-5 minutes. Just a blank stare into the ceiling and foaming at the mouth. EMT’s got there and they asked me what year it was and I said 2021 :heh:

Shii was spooky tho and the worst part is I hit the floor so hard I got a mild concussion and a dislocated shoulder :martin:

Has anyone ever just suffered ONE seizure? Or should I expect more to come down the line?
iirc you need two seizure events for an epilepsy diagnosis

i have had one

similar thing for me. was typing something and i felt this kind of haze and i remember my hands jerking up and down as i typed and i kept needing to blink and i woke up on a stretcher with the EMS people talking to me

i get those same jerks at night when trying to fall asleep too. its kind of like a hypnic jerk (when you fall asleep for half a second and snap back awake) but much worse. i know the second one is coming i just dont know when
