It's called Animal Control and since my dogs are well trained unlike ya scary cat they are already under control. He would solute me and be on his way to catch feral cats.

There's a lot of kids in my neighborhood and I was getting concerned as school would be out soon. My only other choice was kill the mangy mutt, but I'd rather not have to fukk my neighbor up too. So I made an adult decision. I called the DogCatcher
This friendly old black man came in 20 minutes. He had so many amazing toys. Did you know they carry dart guns that can knock a elephant out from 50 yards?
Needless to say that mutt is in dog jail. And I'm not telling the neighbor. They put the stray dogs to sleep if no one claims them after 2 weeks, so ... Fingers crossed, hopefully I'll never see that mutt again
