Took out my 3rd rival on the under ground last time I played, next trip I’ll try the above ground rival 3
And nope depending on how you play you really don’t need DD. That strength tarot card is a good trade off

at the costof you not being able to re-roll boons when you pick up a boon the choices you get from them will already be high level (4) when it is maxed out. So you can always end up with a decent build
