The biggest problem with Dwight is that he thinks he deserves touches offensively. But that nikka is garbage offensively and his skillset doesn't really merit him many touches on the block. But since the nikka thinks he's better than he is, he's not happy and playing his best if he don't get his touches. If he realized who he was, and just played D, got boards, and caught lobs, shyt would be alot better.

Honestly, Gasol is a soft cac, but he's being blatantly misused in this system. If D'Antoni stops hating and gives him more confidence and more touches #pause , that boy is gonna eat. He's not in position to get boards if he's hanging around the perimeter launching jumpers.

If he's getting touches around the rim, those are more opportunities to get offensive boards, fouls, putbacks etc.

Dwight is more useless because he's not offensively what he was, and he's not defensively what he was either. Regardless of the causes, dude is not eating well enough for what he's expected to do.
