I got haitian food but I know alot of jamaican folks and I'm tired of they food.

You can't beat Haitian rice with that fried griot and that homemade hot sauce.

It's pretty expensive but it's worth it with a cold beer

You gotta get that real Haitian black rice, a lot of restaurants give you brown rice and peas

i feel lethargic after eating Haitian Foodwhich is why i cant eat it all the time

None of it is supposed to be eated everyday breh, eat the basics 5-6 times a week and treat yourself for the 7th day.

I had to cut down on junk food man, my stomach was gonna explode and I had to go to the doctor, Doctor told me to get my diet right quick or else

I had gas so bad I was light-headed sweating in the middle of the night.

I know a lot of yardies that don't mess with Haitian food. One Jamaican chick had a baby with a Haitian and would get mad as hell when he fed him their food.

She was probably crazy...like most Jamaican women.

I prefer Jamaican food as they focus more on Stews which is what I grew up on. Haitian food is aight
