Its true there is no paper work on Haitian Jack so yea you can't call him a rat.But the 2 kind of snitches you have is the CI or the testifying witness,a lot of rats don't have paper work on them.
The crazy thing is that Haitian Jack filled a lawsuit against Pac's estate and said he ain't worried about what people saying,if you ain't worried about it why would you have sued Tupac's estate.
@40.50 Gully said AZ ain't snitch when AZ already came clean that he testified on the stand on a couple docs.Obviously Gully TV couldn't tell you who is a snitch or not.
