My heart goes out to the Haitian people. My ex is Haitian and I got a better understanding of Haiti and the Haitian people and culture because of her. That country has always gone through hell because they had the audacity to stand up for themselves and overthrow their slavemasters. They've been occupied and fukked over by the United States and France throughout their history. Hopefully they can get through this.
