Cool. You found one player on your side. Here is who I have on my side:

DIRK - Dirk: Kobe 'greatest player in my generation'

Paying Kobe respect...same generation. Faced Bron in Finals and discredited the ushering in of the upcoming Superteam era...:scusthov:

WADE - Dwyane Wade says Kobe Bryant 'is the greatest player of our era'

Bron took over his team and garnered the majority of the accolades. Also outperformed Wade's career in the same era.

DURANT - Kevin Durant: Kobe Bryant is 'the greatest of all time,' Kobe and Michael Jordan '1 and 1A'

Bron already took his soul in the Finals. Sent him home cryin to mommy. He's on his vendetta now. We see what he had to do for it tho... :scusthov:

JORDAN - Michael Jordan Would Pick Kobe Bryant Over LeBron James | SLAMonline

Bron is the closest thing to undermining his legacy. Jordan knows this...:comeon: and we all know the psychological ploys Jordan uses.

BARKLEY - http://www.complex.com/sports/2016/...bron-james-higher-than-kobe-bryant-tim-duncan

Chuck typically tells it like it is...:ehh:

SHAQ - Shaquille O'Neal says he'd take Kobe Bryant in his prime over LeBron

Hate Kobe or love em...Shaq can't take away from Kobe putting him on the pedestal he's on now. They also played together during the best times of their careers. Of course he's going with Bean. Same era.

STEPHEN JACKSON - Stephen Jackson: I would take Kobe Bryant over LeBron James | UNDISPUTED | FOX Sports

Captain Jack and Kobe...same era...:russell:Has already shown bias toward Bron numerous times and has stated he doesn't respect Bron's killer-instinct. The same himself, Kobe, and players of their ilk possessed.

RODMAN - Dennis Rodman On Judge Pirro Says Kobe Is Better Than Lebron

Jordan cosign...also knows Bron is the closest threat to MJ's legacy. Kobe again...closer to his era.

MCGRADY - McGrady: 'No doubt' Kobe best player I've faced, including MJ - ESPN Video

Same era and also showing respect to Kobe. He too...:ohlawd: is in his feelings because Bron shytted on and surpassed his career.

ROSE - Derrick Rose: Kobe is the Jordan of our generation

Also overtaken by Bron and likely holding animosity toward the way his own career turned out.

DR. J - Julius Erving Picks Spurs Over Heat In Finals, Says He'd Take Kobe Over LeBron

I respect his opinion...but would still say Kobe's closer to a player of his era and playing-style. :ehh:

REGGIE MILLER - http://www.nbcsports.com/reggie-miller-kobe-bryant-tops-lebron-james-all-time-top-10

Same damn era...respect being shown.

GILBERT ARENAS - http://www.complex.com/sports/2015/...ames-will-never-be-michael-jordan-kobe-bryant

Seriously...Bron took his soul and he also like Rose...had to watch his career nosedive while Bron's ascended...:francis:

KYRIE - Kyrie Irving DISSES Lebron James! "I’d Put Michael Jordan & Kobe Bryant Above Lebron"

Bron did a re-takeover of his team too. Also demoted to Robin and Bron's shadow. :mjlol:

ARTEST - Metta World Peace ranks Kobe best player in NBA history

Kobe got him a chip and they played together in the same era.

ARIZA - Ariza and jason Terry say Kobe> Duncan and LBJ

Bron been takin both their souls their whole careers. Jason Terry? Cmon man...:francis:

BIRD - Larry Bird would like to team with Kobe for the win, LeBron for the fun

Same style-tenacity...Kobe closer to a player of his ilk. Plus Bron already surpassed that man at the SF position.:lolbron:

MARK JACKSON - Mark Jackson : When Kobe retires, he will be greatest of all time - Basketball Forum : Professional and College Basketball Forums

We'll just disregard his opinion since Kobe certainly isn't better than MJ...:russ:

DOMINIQUE - Dominique Wilkins: Kobe Bryant in his prime better all around player than Lebron - Message Board Basketball Forum - InsideHoops

Kobe closer to his era...and style of play.

TERRY - Ariza and jason Terry say Kobe> Duncan and LBJ

Already addressed these two. Bron has shytted on Ariza at the same position his entire career and Bron already got Terry's soul in a Nike shoebox in his basement somewhere from the Celtics series slam...:mjlol:

KENNY SMITH - https://m.youtube.watch/?v=yTGsV-loezY

Kobe closer to his era...

GREG ANTHONY - Greg Anthony: Kobe Better Than Michael!!

Disregard like Mark Jack and blasphemy. Also played with Kobe. Same era!:noah:

NICK YOUNG - Nick Young Says Kobe Bryant Is Better Than Michael Jordan - Ball Don't Stop

Played with Kobe and mentally sonned by Kobe...Bron been taking his soul too his whole career..:youngsabo:

JENNINGS - Brandon Jennings Calls Kobe Bryant 'The Greatest Ever,' Says MJ Had Better Cast

Irrelevant opinion and his playing career is the epitome of HS bust in contrast to Bron same situation. Also owned by Bron's teams his whole career...:rudy:

this is @Malta after reading this post. :mjcry:

I'm SICK of seeing this narrative.:scust:Every last one of these players would have some sort of bias....EDITED. All I saw was a lot of the same narrative....players sticking up for a player from their same era/pedigree and cats from Bron's era that've been gettin their souls snatched their entire careers...nothin but hate. :umad:

Horry just being horry. He loved his time in Houston. Thats where he had the biggest impact so of course hes going to captain for his boyfriend.
He's always throwing ex teammates under the bus. nothing new.
I could hear the anger in his voice. Clearly has a problem with Duncan and the Spurs.

Imagine how nobody would have known who the fukk a Pop, TP, or Manu was w/o Duncan. Nobody knew any of them before TD

It's crazy how people always phrase it as "Timmy played with HOF Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli" instead of "Timmy helped turn Manu Ginobli and Tony Parker into HOF"...like :mjlol:...this is like saying "Well you can't give Timmy THAT much credit I mean he did play his whole career with a guy who was drafted 28th overall and a guy who was drafted 57th overall". Cause we know every team in the nba is just littered with all these guys who are taken at the end of the 1st and the end of the draft who end up being HOF players right :mjlol:...the HOF is littered with guys who were drafted 57th overall :mjlol:

So your response to all these players is either they have a bias against LeBron, a bias for Kobe, or a bias for Kobe cause they are either from the same era or play like him? :mjlol:

Talk about reaching.

If we use your logic, should someone like Shaq who clearly doesn't like Kobe and stands to gain in terms of his legacy, shouldn't he take LeBron over Kobe? I mean if this is all about bias, nobody has more reason to diminish Kobe's standing in NBA lore than Shaq. Yet he's been one of Kobe's loudest advocates vis-a-vis LeBron.

Just admit Kobe is better according to their peers and accept it. Stop with these bizarre conspiracy theories.

:shaq2:....Cmon...everyone can see Shaq and Kobe have matured enough, to put that animosity behind em. They, along with everyone else have even come to appreciate "how great they were" and "what they could've been" if not for their egos. So yea...it wouldn't make much sense for Shaq to shyt on Kobe when they've been on good terms as of late...:dahell: Lastly...Kobe been surpassed statistically and he's the lesser all-around player. Bron's chasin greatness now...not 3rd place...:lolbron:

Hey stupid. Your argument was that these players are saying Kobe is better than LeBron cause they stand to gain from it either in the Jordan case he doesn't want to be caught by LeBron or in the case of guys that played in Kobe's era wanting to look good by saying they were beaten by the best ever.

Why wouldn't Shaq have the same self interest? If Kobe is considered better than LeBron, it hampers his legacy by saying he had one of the two greatest players helping him get 3 rings. It would be in his self-interest to diminish Kobe so it makes him look better. But thats not what happens. Shaq says Kobe is the best and better than LeBron.

Just face the truth. Kobe is simply better than LeBron and these players are just saying the truth.

No dummy...that's your logic and your name isn't Shaq. Shaq and everyone else knows how dominant he was and he's probably not trying to rock Kobe's boat right now anyway...these are his celebration years. All the older players hold onto Kobe because he was the last great player of their ilk. They all despise that side of Lebron's competitiveness for ushering this "team-up" era. They've always given Kobe the nod for his willingness to go at it alone and not take the easy way out. Older players have said it a million times...This Bron/KD way of doing things is unforgivable in their eyes.

Actually he is.

Hakeem and Kobe are the 2 most underrated players in NBA history that players hold in higher regard than the media does.

Jordan himself said Hakeem was the best center of all time and the best player from his era beside himself.

All of Kobe's peers have said he's the best player from his era and right there with Jordan as the GOAT.

Hakeem and Kobe are top 5 all-time according to their peers.

Guys like Duncan and LeBron are not.

Why the fukk did you even come in this thread and randomly start talking about Kobe and even mention Lebron. fukk all this goat talk, you are truly one of the woats. I need to neg rep you and ignore you before I forget

Tim got a higher PER, higher win shares, better defensive rating, better plus/minus, and once again
