half a year later how we feel about GTA 5?

Somewhat better than 4 in terms of gameplay mechanics but not story. Should of used one of the 3 characters as the main and the rest as sidekicks. The GTA online should have been released as a standalone game months later with more polish, and packaged the game with a GTA4 like multiplayer to start off.

I LOVE THIS shyt... CANT WAIT FOR THE STORY DLC'S AND NEXT GEN GTA 6.

I do have gripes with it... They have areas they should be able to improve on...
1. Be able to do more in game world building with money after the game is over.
2. be able to buy real estate and sell it.
3. able to customize your own house and apartments furnishing with ordering stuff online in game furniture, artwork, tv's, chairs, more interaction. the ability to sit in chairs and park benches.
4. the ability to change the 3 main characters personal vehicles, like the ability to go to a car dealership and go through a virtual dmv and register them for use for the rest of the game. (Franklyn's Buffalo was cool, mike audi was cool. but trevor's truck???)
5. More shops you can go into and order food, interact with people, miscellaneous missions and good samaritan opportunities. (What's the point of having this open world and yet these doors are cardboard and you cannot enter?)
6. More clothing options I felt they was limited and yet (Franklyn cant buy the same leather bike jackets Trevor could?)
7. Better Weapon Customization, not just cosmetic shyt im talking lazer sights and recoil, and custom engraving your guns on some face-off shyt...
8. The ability to be able to buy and sell Used Cars during the main game. like a random NPC will call you asking if the car is for sale They'll come and buy it or the NPC will try to kill you for it. 50/50 making it a random event.
9. More random missions

I had a great time playing the single player. It was my 1st GTA in a long time. The detail and map was amazing. Wish they kept updating the music.
The online was a flop to me, you just had to have a crew to get anywhere.

World's better than IV so I was happy initially but it has nowhere near the lasing appeal of San Andreas or Vice City, which I was hoping for. I never even beat it and ironically enough, I was just getting ready to trade it in to Amazon for 20 bucks credit. Good game, but overall forgettable. City was beautiful but something was missing for me.

Online a no good. But I just starting playing again to finally beat the story (at 72%) and I have to admit, outside of the hype, it's really fun.

Classic, glad it went tripple.

Online mode was the first time i was riding round with coli brehs. but the unstable ness and lack of promises kept was horrible.

Story mode was great. Really liked alot of the extra stuff they allowed us to do. Will get for next gen.

Great game like every GTA but once I'm done with the story I rarely go back.

Online was fun as hell for awhile tho until Rockstar's lame ass cracked down on the glitches

Very forgettable game. Better than 4, but that's not saying much, as that game was a complete mess,

San Andreas is still the best, with Vice City coming in 2nd. I even enjoyed 3 way more than 5.

Glad I beat it and sold it while it still had some value.

Do nikkas even realize that this shyt is nowhere near done. They added 2 full new stories, new gamemodes, new guns, new cars, ect to GTA 4 and that game was nowhere near as deep as 5. Im pretty sure they plan on adding a new story, maybe gang wars (remember in 4 the cith had changes like this with the TLAD and Gay Tony) ect. I dont think this game can actually be fairly reviewed yet.

Sounds like The Sims with GTA 5 mixed in.
