Serious Question no trolling & hopefully I get a good answer By some knowledgeable posters on here

But Did We lose this war called white supremacy? you Have nikkaz literally falling for what I call internecine sectarian wars, meaning the community is torn asunder a million times over I.E. ageism, sexism, tribalism, religion, gangbanging, classism, colorism, ethnocentrism, political affiliation & ideology, this has been going on for 100 years going back to W.E.B Du Bois not feeling Marcus Garvey even commenting on his darkskin to Malcolm & Elijah, why we can't get on the same page bros??? Why we have so much internalized fighting, I'm reading vladtv comments & nikkaz really bashing Meek mill even on here for a simple probation violation saying he's a dikkhead & deserves it while these crackers are sympathizing & humanizing Dylan roof & stephen paddox, even this new Texas shooter got Donald trump calling it mental health issues, are we finished bros?? We have been colonized throughout the Americas & Africa by multiple white ethnic groups & Arabs & we still going at each other 1000% how the fukk is 50% of Chicago men unemployed when there's so many Arabian owned stores & gas stations in our hoods??? So many korean & chinese owned businesses, brehs wassup? I'm frustrated because I'm seeing a disturbing pattern we starting to subconsciously believe what the world is saying about us & its showing in our unconscious behavior now, it's krazy brehs i need answers

It's almost as if we don't want to change. Like for real. It's funny but why the hell can't we prioritize? My brother in law said it. We are geniuses. It's almost as if they know if we were to unite and organize and do as much as we can to eradicate white supremacy they'd be crippled. They need it. It's almost as if we believe subconsciously that there's nothing we can do about it. Until we get that wired out of us we're gonna be stuck.

@Jesus Bhrist Didn't want to quote your whole post. I learned about an ideology here on the Coli called Afro-Pessimism. Still in the process of reading up on it but it's central premise is that white supremacy has done such a number on us, that we're too far gone to save. And I've been kind of accepting that as a reality.

I live in Chicago and it makes no sense, with all the construction projects that are going up every week in the city, that these black kids should be out of a job. Cronyism and racism has been embedded in the fabric of this city dating all the way back to the restrictive real estate covenants and redlining tactics that barred blacks from buying homes in neighborhoods where they would see a return on investment and increase their wealth.

I don't know what the solution is, especially since, as someone else mentioned, these young kids are probably unemployable.

It comes to the point, and I think this is one of the conclusions with taking a pessimistic view of such things, that you can only worry about yourself and your family. At some point you have to let everyone else go. It's selfish. But if we are not willing to revolt against the system, in order to thrive in this system, in this capitalistic society, one can't be anything but selfish.

Bro I'm starting to realize you gotta be selfish & focus on yourself & family, as black men we gotta wear the stigma collectively for other black men's actions & transgressions, we are judged monolithically & systematically oppressed outside of tokenkism, & then the racist paternalism of these democrats that are ruining our cities like Chicago is mind boggling nobody sees whats going on? How the fukk is Oprah, Michael Jordan, & Barack & Michelle Obama so quiet??? She rather opine on identity politics than black men slaughtering each other on a daily basis, bro capo got murdered & the assailants drove off & crashed into a little girl & decapitated her, I'm still shocked that the fukking President didn't walk through these hoods himself after that shyt, we letting babies get decapitated now??? And you have YouTubers discussing Chicago rappers murdering each other & who got the most bodies & they black wtf happened , these people have hybristophilia & get off seeing black men murdered idk bro I think you right we finished

Let's keep it 100 a good amount of them are not trying to get no job and don't give a fukk about school.

I wouldn't say a 100% but 70% or high 60s:francis:

U get square nikkas who actually trying then u have the nikkas who ain't trying :francis:

nikkas living wit their mama, so they ain't got no bills:francis:No bills = no sense or urgency to get a job or start a business...
Then add in nikkas who ain't discipline & dont have patience to work:francis: Mfs quitting within their first week because their not getting paid til week 4, not understanding thats how a job works...
nikkas showing up late & appearance not presentable :scust:

I don't get caught up in the % cause I understand, mfs gotta lend a helping hand to nikkas who are trying...

Fistful of jewels
The system failed them.

I'm also sure most of them are either unemployable or aren't interested in working a job since the only unskilled jobs out there are most likely working as labourers. Sad.
You have to start somewhere though. And that will include shytty pay, fukked up schedules, and hard work. What do you think someone should be paid for no skills or experience?

ITs a crazy vicious circle.

Jobs arent there so theres no incentive within the community to give a fukk.

No initiative to give a fukk creates individuals who are not employable ...shytty worker from Black neighborhoods creates the idea that ALL black kids are shytty workers and employers wont hire any black kids...So the few who would work dont get jobs and become low lifes...

Let our people tell it; they don't work hard enough to find a job (EDIT: of course this thread is full of 'em--black men can never be victims to some people)

And this is not rare

40 major cities have a jobless rate of 35% for young black men and black people don't care enough to get involved politically

The Jobless Rate for Young Black Men Is a National Disgrace | RealClearPolicy

The U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey gathered data on the jobless rate of non-institutionalized men, 20 to 34 years old, averaged over the period, 2010-2014, for 34 major US cities.

Like Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and D.C. all had black jobless rates above 45 percent. In these cities, more young black men were either jobless or imprisoned than employed.
And we're dikkheads for saying Obama failed us by giving us a fake ass My Brother's Keeper and lecturing black college students about fatherhood and having no excuses

When I win I bring we with me
Rust Belt

The Rust Belt is the region of the United States from the Great Lakes to the Northern Midwest States. Rust refers to the deindustrialization, or economic decline, population loss, and urban decay due to the shrinking of its once-powerful industrial sector. The term gained popularity in the U.S. in the 1980s.

The Rust Belt begins in western New York and traverses west through Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, and the Lower Peninsula of Michigan, ending in northern Illinois, eastern Iowa, and southeastern Wisconsin. Previously known as the industrial heartland of America, industry has been declining in the region since the mid-20th century due to a variety of economic factors, such as the transfer of manufacturing further West, increased automation, and the decline of the US steel and coal industries. While some cities and towns have managed to adapt by shifting focus towards services and high-tech industries, others have not fared as well, witnessing rising poverty and declining populations.

You can thank me for introducing that term on here :sas2:

Afro-pessimism is also deeper than what you wrote.

Dap + Rep + Thanks

I think that was you. And yeah, there's a lot of heavy stuff out there that I'm still in the process of reading so I'm aware that I still have a shallow understanding. You should start a separate thread on this, probably in HL, to school us folks.
