This dude's skillset needs a lot of development, but he and Dink Pate both blew the eye test out of the water thanks to their tools. Diawara plays like wing, has a PF body, and a hyperactive motor. I'm glad it looks like he'll stay stateside, whether that means a last roster spot in the pros or a spot with the g-league team. He needs polish for the NBA game.

Pate is all length and athleticism. He's crazy young, has G-League experience already, and flies around.

They're both probably a year away from being a year away. But they're so young that leaps can happen faster than that, and both kids have tools and attributes you can't teach.

Not surprising but everyone except Rick Brunson has been let go

It’s crazy on realGM and Reddit people was literally arguing these guys staying was a sign Brown was a puppet and now they are gone. People got to realize we have no idea what Rose and them are planning.

I also think (but can’t confirm) Mo Cheeks is actually Dolan’s puppet/spy like Herb Jones/Mills use to be so I am not surprised he stuck around

Anyone with a logical thinking brain knew that some of the assistant coaches were outta here. How do folks expect Mike Brown to be successful if he doesn’t have the opportunity to create his own staff? The fans & players are going to have to adjust, it is what it is.

The fans are just being jackasses. Like they want Mike to fail cause they want Dolan to fail. A lot of the resentment we see didn’t exist until people knew how involved Dolan was with Thibs firing.
