SHE ONLY took half accountability. she said it was her fault for choosing boys and she wanted to do men things.

I'll let that slide on the first one. you were young. we can chalk that up to the game. the 2nd one. you were fully grown. STOP IT. sure she admitted to being with guys for superficial stuff. but that still aint enough self reflection for my liking.

she then did it again a 3rd time marrying what she calls a boy.


So that tells me halle, ya fine as hell but youza a crazy broad. its that simple. we know the dudes you were with were not right. but neither were you and guess what. get ya crazy together first. being crazy is not wanting to do grownup things. as she suggested.

thats what people need to hear. take FULL 100% responsibility for choosing badly and why you chose so poorly over and over and why did it end the way it ended every single time. at some point its on you. maybe you aint supposed to be married. maybe your desire to be hitched was incorrect from the jump. everyone isnt MEANT to be married per se. some are meant to be single(not alone, God got you). but God may have had another plan for Halle, who knows. you mess around a force a marriage multiple times because you're stuck in this "i gotta get a man" even if she choose good MEN so to speak. they could still fold when they realize how nuts she was because she was so ready to Get married and not understand what BEING married is all about.

and last thing for yall ladies in here. when you keep choosing poorly. you're doing it for a reason. #1 thats all you know how to choose in your current state of mind(you parents situation was shakey or horrible), y#2 our daddy wasnt about nothing or wasnt around(not always his fault could've passed away early on in life.), #3 you are choosing for superficial reasons #4 you are so ready to be ready you will marry the first thing that comes your way almost #5. you choose low because you are low(fix you, then you will choose better). 6.some choose low on purpose. to always feel like they arent the problem. if you have obvious bad choices with obvious issues/problems. they will almost always be the main reason why things arent working not you. what happens when you run into a great MAN and your flaws are then exposed because this time it aint him?

The star of Monster’s Ball, Boomerang and the soon-to-be released movie Kidnap, made the impromptu comments to a group of about 300 mostly young black men who gathered in Detroit over the weekend for the annual Student African American Brotherhood conference (SAAB)


Berry, 49, who attended the event at the request of actor Dondré Whitfield, (the national spokesman for SAAB) told the young men that they had a responsibility to treat women with decency and respect.

“As women, we need our men to stand up and be men,” she told the group, who hail mostly from colleges and universities across the nation. “Take care of us and serve us. When you do that, we will fall over and bow at your feet. But you have to start it, because God made you first.”
