Halloween Havoc was usually a fun PPV and probably my favorite WCW PPV as a kid. I liked all the work they would put into the set and graphics. That red canvas.

My favorite one was the 1998 set.

I know that I've said it once, but I'll say it again: The card for that year was Starrcade-eque and they went a blew it. Goldberg/DDP (which a lot of the PPV paying audience didn't get to see because it cut off), and Jericho/Raven (which wasn't even advertised) ended up being the only matches worth a damn. It could've been one of the all time classics.

it's things like 24:52 on in this vid that are reasons why i'm a lifelong Sting mark. All dude did was get free, dive onto Terry Funk then pound his chest and attack Muta, but listen to that crowd, simple and effective.

Nah thats sting being sting, hes always had a flare for the threatrical, it was like he was gonna swing in on some pre crow sting sh1t like a superhero

ahh, totally forgot about not being about to jump off the top rope. i remember not being able to throw dudes over top rope. lol @ them having a 900# to vote on that shyt.... that means people was paying to call and vote in for that. gotta respect that.
