Are they gonna put in perks/armor abilities/no weapon pick ups?
Are they gonna keep sprinting?
Weapon balancing issues with the new variety of weapons? (DMR was OP the last time I played 4)
Are they gonna change the maps around? I really don't want to see the GOAT Halo map, Lockout, ruined like Bungie did with Guardian on Halo 3 and then Blackout. What made Lockout such a great map was the many ways you could use to get the jump on your opponent plus the Line of Sight from under sniper tower to BR tower.

Why would Halo 2 have stuff from Halo 4? think about that for a second fam....The last halo game to have an anniversary version was basically the same exact game from 2001 (halo 1) with better gfx...you don't "remake" something and add stuff from current games....that's not what a remake entails. Maps, gameplay, guns will all be intact.
The only thing you should probably worry about is the engine....physics n shyt like that....as far as gameplay it will be untouched (hopefully glitches aren't removed)...

I hear you, but at the same time, I don't know what to expect from 343. They tried the CoD Halo 4 and had to spend half the year turning it in to a back into a proper Halo game. By that time, a lot of people, including me, stopped playing the game all together.
The Halo CE remake was built on Reach's engine, so I'm assuming they're gonna use a newer Halo Engine instead of the just throwing on new meshes and textures on Halo 2's. I'm no expert on what engines particularly do in terms of game play, but I hope this doesn't take out essential factors that made Halo 2, Halo 2.

I hear you...but like I said, I wouldnt worry too much about the gameplay...you don't remake something to throw in new guns and gameplay changes from current titles (though I hope they add theater and forge). You might as well create a brand new game instead of wasting time with that. Also, 343 created a new engine for Halo 5...i'm going to assume they will use that or they will use the halo 4 engine. The CE remake played exactly liek it did years ago, glitches and everything...the movement, physics everything was the same and it was built on the reach engine to bring into the current gen at the time....so i'm not worried.

I really hope they can turn around the Halo's and take them back to their former glory. Halo is a big reason I got into gaming. I even read the books to get a bigger back story on Halo.
I'm just trying to get a great story ended with some crazy ass warthog escape mission while shyt is blowing up behind me so I can jump around celebrating about beating that shyt on Legendary

yes and no. socom 1 and 2 are in my online holy trinity along with halo 2..but they were already a year or 2 old by the time halo dropped.. it dropped in late 04..s1 was august 02 and s2 a year after
