Halo MCC has been broken for 100+ days

343 can't be defended. They fukked up the Halo 4 experience and now they can't fix bugs in the game I bought the XB1 for in October. The H5 beta was a decent distraction for 2 weeks but after I got back to MCC the same problems were there. Haven't played in over 2 months, fukk 343

I'm still optimistic for Halo 5. I was aiming at getting an Xbox 1 for the MCC but I'm glad I waited. I'll still cop eventually though.

Don't know about PC but the game was fukked on X1. I literally went over a month without finishing a match without a crash.

Matches are still full of lag today. Teams are still unbalanced.

But we still don't get people calling BF4 "broken"


If you waited 5 hours

That's like me sitting and looking at the BF4 crash screen for 5 hours, then claiming it took 5 hours to get into a match.

And that gets straight to my point.

In other games:

"some fukkery was happening so I restarted or just moved to another game"

In halo that becomes

"I waited 5 hours for a match"


Its obvious they fukked up and its obvious they pushed the game out too early. They didn't even work on the game for a full year before release.

Some guys on Beyond3d dug through the SDK leaks and pretty much confirmed that Microsoft was rolling out a new multiplayer/matchmaking system and MCC was the first game to use it. Needless to say it needs a lot more work before its extended to other games.

It shouldn't be broken MONTHS after launch...not for the flagship title. 343 tells you they're constantly working to improve on every fukkin patch and update and the main matchmaking functions are still broken.

But because other games have problems too it makes it better? Keep defending inexcusable failures if you want to man.

It gets a bit better with each patch and it hasn't been patched in a while because they are working on a total overhaul. And again other "flagship titles" came out before Halo and are still "broken"
That does not excuse Halo, but it aludes to my point that people aren't talking about those other titles issues as much.
