Breh I would be calling for my moms around the 2:30 minute mark.. On that soft sand with the resistance?

:camby:

Imagine working that hard and still getting snubbed for the all star team..

:wow:

'cism

AND

Fk my moms... I'd be calling a hospital. Save a bed, breh. ON THE SAND??? WHERE YOU HAVE YOU KEEP UN-DIGGING YOUR FEET OUT???

I've never held a plank for over 2:30 in my life.

:lupe:I can barely sit in a chair for 2:30 without taking a break.

That's not that bad.

At the gym, we do planks and put a 45 lb plate on our back.

I tried 2 45's once but that was too rough

Oh we got a badass. :obamashake:

Shaq fluidly breakdancing is something other than normal.

I don't want any of those dudes putting their hands on me.....

Shiiiiiiiiit. I'm pulling a gun on Shaq.

Those islanders are the perfect for football. Their strong as hell, quick as hell AND CRAZY AS shyt. They all got anger problems. The quiet ones are the worst. If I see Troy Palomalu in a dark alley I'm picking up a trash can to hit him with just on GP. I don't trust that dude at all.

Samoans are the toughest athletes I've ever had to compete against.. The combination of mass with fast muscle twitch is :mindblown:

He's Tongan actually, but Samoans/Tongans/Fijians are some crazy athletes. I saw this documentary where they followed Isaac Sopoaga when he came into the league; one of his college coaches said as a freshman he saw dunk from like a foot inside the FT line.

And it's not just NFL, South Pacific rugby players are on some other shyt too ...
