I don't mind using hamburger or tuna helper for a quick toss together meal. Definitely not opposed to just creating my own with some pasta and sauce. But, I usually keep a box or two of the brand name or the generic knock off in the cabinet.

Personally, I make my macaroni from scratch.

Buy the pasta, evaporated milk, cheeses, chicken broth and seasonings. Throw that shít in an Instant Pot for 5 minutes, and — bam! You've got quality Mac. You can also sear some chicken titties on the stove and throw those in [cut into bite-sized pieces].
