and if that's happening at hampton, one of the more prestigious, higher profile, well funded HBCU's, then @ what the smaller ones got going on. said it time and time again, most HBCU's need to contract or consolidate.

But this is a serious problem. Moldy bread??? WTF Under cooked food? That's negligence from the Food Services Dept.
Sounds like skimming of the budget from the top.
Complaints have been logged already..the next step should be a lawsuit. Is somebody going to have to die before they do something?
