It's sad, and also very telling of that slave mentality still at work, reading what many of you all's definition of "presentable" and/or "acceptable" is.. how deep in the sand must one's head be to willingly accept another cultures enforced standards of thought and ideals, and not be able to see that's what they're doing? How can you not know that when you think along those lines, you're not even thinking for yourself?
