I never understood why HBCUs are the most restrictive colleges out there. I mean yall still dealing with separate dorms and that bullshyt sign in system where all visitors have to leave at 8pm? Man at GT they didnt give a shyt who came in or out of your dorm and what time they left.

If you are going into business you have to follow the rules of business. And long hair on men is not something that is accepted. Your hair has nothing to do with your blackness or how down you are.
Why was it ok for afros in the workplace at one point but now other black people will be the first ones to tell you to cut it?
