What if the cop that did that was this man? I think people should read this article and ask themselves who the fukk is hiring these people to be on the police department. He sound just as sick as the killer he merked with no regard for life. Hes STILL on the police force in utah and i wouldnt be surprised if he killed more than one person. We dont need serial killer sociopaths as police. my guess is that this guy is probably the same officer in the article maybe but still a frightening mindset for a police officer.
