The officer who shot him reacted to his partner saying "he's got my gun!". He didn't. If you have the time to make Dirty Harry threats, you have the time to verify the threat before shooting a handcuffed civilian.
the man who was killed was white man...this was white on white crime...
that dude wasn't white, looked Hispanic to me
Cac on cac brutality![]()
Police antagonized that whole shyt
And that should be prosecutable tooright.
they were some real cocky funny guys
I forgot to point out that on the video, you never see if the victim really grabbed the cops gun. The victims hands always seem to stay out the footage in these cases for some reason. But you clearly see the victim was still facing forward, and away from everybody, when he was shot in the head...smh.I watched the entire video, and the cop did say, "F*** he got my gun". And they wanted his shoe because he said he had a gun in his pants and in his shoe, and that he wasn't joking. I've seen a case years ago where this White dude somehow wounded up on top of this cop, beating him with his right hand, and trying to take the cops gun from his holster with his left hand. The cop was on his knees, holding on to his weapon and holster with both hands, while tucking in his head like a turtle so he wouldn't absorb the full blows from that dudes right hand.
When the rest of the cops got there, they kicked that dudes hand off the cops holster, bloodied him up, and sent him away in an ambulance, although the dude wasn't unconscious. They probably would have wounded up shooting him if he was Black. But if that dude was the one on his knees handcuffed, and he some how reached back and got hold of that cops gun, that's a tougher call to make. It's not as simple as just kicking someone's hand off a gun, since you don't have full view of the gun in this case, and you don't know whether the dude's hand is on the trigger ready to shot the cop in the foot, balls, or what. Plus they were there the whole time, unlike the incident I witness, when it was clear the cop on the ground taking the beating had full control of his weapon by the time they arrived.
So I said all this to give y'all something to think about when something is going down fast, and in real time. But with all said, I still can't call this shooting justified. If that cop had enough time to say, "You're about to die my friend", then he and those other cops had enough time to get that gun away. And that yelling, "F*** he got my gun", is mostly acting. Cops are better actors than Hollywood. The likelihood of that handcuffed guy getting his finger on the trigger long enough to do any damage was too slim. I too think that guy was mixed with something. I think his girl friend was too. I also think him looking mixed had something to do with that cops reason to shoot so fast. Like how does drop it, or freeze, or whatever they suppose to say before using deadly force, turn in to, "You're about to die my friend"? Please.
Thread title is misleading as this wasn't an execution. Cops still fukked up for their poor training and fukking with the dude.
Seriously it's no way he was a real threat these cops retarded.Did nikkas even read what happened how did he grab the gun when his hands are handcuffed behind his back and the article states it NEVER left the holster!!! What thee fukk!!??![]()
