There is no good one and bad one. There are people with various opinions and outlooks, humans are little more complex than you think, maybe you should do more outings and socializing with various people to know that psychologically we're not all a beehive.
If Peter Jackson was proven to have accidentally shot a man and got jail time, when there are white cops intentionally shooting children and getting off, I am almost 100% certain some questions would be raised. A black cop getting jailed for something white cops would typically get off free AND it was accidental...hell no, you're lying to yourself if race wouldn't be brought up in this instance. In the case of Peter Liang, tribalistically you'll naturally be drawn to the justice of Akai, but when given a scenario where both parties are of the same race, it becomes apparent the system is flawed for everyone that is not white.
