my recent affection with windows 8.1 got me seriously considering the xb1. i'm still holding off though

If people take off the MS hate goggles Win 8.1 is a seriously efficient OS I must admit. Im the X1's win 8x kernel they are using is even more efficient since they can code to the actual hardware.

They did. But people got mad at the TV TV TV stuff so they ignored it. That first Xbox reveal showed a lot of this stuff.

they have integration nailed, with the merged contacts and content and all that.
that tv guide where you can add apps as channels is just crazy
