in my college days but none since then. These days I gotta do the approaching but I’m cool off that. The current social climate is in shambles and everybody wants to be toxic.

Will always get noticed, eye contact and flirty looks but not approached like the media brainwashed you to believe.
Doesn't matter if it's women or men, when someone sees someone they think is a 10 chances are they won't approach

They dont approach, however, they gonna make it damn obvious she wants u to approach From staring at u to the point the whole room is aware, bending over in front of u, will usually make eye contact and will be walking around your desk (or section) constantly while looking at u even though she has no real business been around your work area.... 
"ugly" and 'average" chicks will be the ones acting like they dont see you and be having hella attitude for no real reason
that turns me off more than her been ugly, because am willing to at least talk to some of these chicks but the extra attitude and aloofness just makes the choice even easier for me

Every once in a while, but usually they're foreign.
But a lot of times women just flirt wit their eyes and position themselves to be hit on. You know what it is, because all women do pretty much the some variation of the same thing, like hair twirling, slowing down their movement, stopping suddenly, and sometimes they'll initiate with some generic response like asking for directions.

I'm hideous... so now that that's out of the way.
Me and my compadres play a game called, "POINT AND SHOOT". .
IF we out and there's a beautiful (or not so much) woman at sight, somebody will call you out and you have to approach them.
Success rate isn't the greatest, but there are people approaching them.
Just not the ones they want.

Yesterday night I'm at the laundromat and this dyke kept checking me out ... I caught her a bunch of times thru the reflection of the dryer and she finally stopped after she realized I caught her. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. First time was when I was getting a haircut years ago and this dyke was staring at me the whole time like a snack. Wouldn't even look away when we made eye contact... She was OD bold with it
How do y'all deal with these Snoop from The Wire type chicks?
